Yareal Leray Picquet

On Friday June 11,2021, at his home in New Orleans, La the Lord dispatched his angels and called our beloved Yareal Leray Picquet home to rest. Yareal Picquet was born on May 17, 1981. He was the son of Daphne Espadron and the late Rev. August F. Picquet Jr. and Regina Picquet. He was the son in law of Bernadine Bienemy and Marshall Bienemy and Arthur (Samantha) Reddick Jr. He was the husband of LaVonne Inga Picquet and father to baby girl Kieshay Aniya Davis. He was the grandson of the late August and Leona Picquet and Ferdinand Espadron and Leona Fite. He was the brother of Joshua Reddick, Tiadra Espadrum, Kyron (Itricka) Espadron, Chelsea (Willie) Watson, Roche’ Espadron and Adonis (Kayla)Picquet.  He was the brother in law of Travis (Simone) Bienemy, Jamone Bienemy, Jeremy (Mescha) Bienemy, Jasmine (Ralph) Jackson, and Justin Reddick. He had a host of aunts and uncles. He was the God father of Brianna and Tyrin Bienemy and Ralph Jackson IV. He was the nephew of Monica Sellers, VonEric (Lynette) Picquet, Corey (Tiffany) Picquet, Jarel (Quiana) Picquet. He was the devoted friend of Leon Barnes and Travon Griffin.  

Relatives and friends of the family as well as employees of Turn Services LLC. and Plaquemines Parish School Board,  Pastor, officers and members of St. Joseph and St. John Baptist churches and  all neighboring churches in Plaquemines  and St. Bernard Parishes are invited to attend the funeral services on Saturday June 26, 2021 at 11am.  at St. John Baptist Church located at 156 St. John Lane, Phoenix LA.  Rev. Romel E. Griffin host pastor; Rev. Nadel Cosse officiating. The visitation will begin at 9am.  Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Baptist Church Cemetery in Phoenix LA. 

The family will also receive guest for a visitation on Friday June 25, 2021 at Robinson Family Funeral Home located at 9611 LA-23, Belle Chasse LA. 70037 from 4P.M. until 6P.M.
