Travis Lee Bartholomew

Travis Lee Bartholomew, a lifelong resident of Buras Louisiana passed away on Saturday, May 11. 2024 at the age of 53.
Devoted father of Gabrielle Eva Bartholomew. Loving brother of Jimmy, Gisele, Frances and Steve Rodi. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Jimmy and Frances Rodi and Davina Bartholomew and her surviving children.

Travis was well loved by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends. He lived life fully and never met a stranger. If Travis was in the room, you would definitely hear him!! He was known as "Big Trav" by his friends and peers. He enjoyed his employment with Daybrook Fisheries until his health no longer allowed him to do so. In the last few years of his life, he received the greatest care possible from Ochsner's LVAD and Cardiology Team. We will always love and miss him.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral on Monday, May 20, 2024, at Robinson Family Funeral Home located at 9611 Hwy 23, Belle Chasse LA. The visitation will begin at 9:30AM followed by an 11AM word service officiated by Father Kyle Dave of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church of Belle Chasse.
