Theodore Yusuf Duplessis Williamson

Nagara Duplessis Williamson departed this life on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angles, California. He was 50 years old and a native of Buras LA. and a resident of Los Angles for over 30 years. Nagara was a proud graduate of Buras High School class of 1991 and served his country in the United States Marines.
Beloved son of Lucretia Hunter and Theodore J. Williamson Jr. Stepson of the late Frank Culpepper. Devoted brother of Nicovie Duplessis. Devoted cousin of Dara Wilson and Makenzie S. Thorne. Uncle of Taivonnia Robottom (Todd), Ifeoma Okah-Estrada (Reggie), Treyven Okah and Taylenne Howard. Great uncle of Ember Estrada. Devoted friend of Dwayneloui K. Kuahiwinui. Grandson of the late Henry "Happy" Hunter, Virginia Jones Hunter, Antonia Parker Williamson and Theodore J. Williamson Sr. Nephew of the late Sandra Hunter and the late Christine Ann Williamson. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited at attend the dismissal service on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Robinson Family Funeral Home located at 9611 LA-23, Belle Chasse LA. The visitation will begin at 12:30PM followed by a 1PM service officiated by Dr. Reginald H. Burl Sr. of the First Mt. Zion B.C. Church of Empire LA. Entombment will immediately follow in Mt. Zion Memorial Park Cemetery 32250 LA-23, Empire LA.
