Preston Johnson

Preston Johnson departed this life on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at his home in New Orleans, La. He was 69 years old. Mr. Johnson was born on August 23, 1952, to the late Gladys Johnson and John Henry Sr. He was a member of Second Baptist Church of Algiers, LA.    

He is the loving husband of Nicole Walker Johnson. Devoted father of Preston Johnson Jr., Nicodemus Johnson, Gladys Johnson, and the late Leroy Johnson and Preston Johnson III. Brother of Stella Fleming, Ola Lewis, Lena Ferguson, Helen Dean, Contrice Tyson, Marie Boudreaux, Myra White, Mike Johnson, Shirley Johnson and Jenny Johnson.

Mr. Johnson is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. He will be truly missed by those who loved him.

Funeral services and interment will be held privately.
