Patrick Stewart, Jr.

Patrick Stewart Jr., a native of Lafayette LA, and a longtime resident of Marrero LA., departed this life peacefully on Sunday, February 4th, 2024, at the VA Medical Center in Pineville LA. He was 53 years old. Patrick was a 1989 graduate of LW Higgins High School and served his country honorably in the United States Army. After the army he became a truck driver and recently retired in 2020 after driving for Walmart for several years. After retirement Patrick relocated to Palmetto LA.

Beloved son of the late Patrick Stewart Sr. and the late Celestine Thomas Stewart. Devoted father of Brittney P. Stewart of Houston Texas. Grandfather of JuElz, Skylar and Jace A. Stewart. Beloved brother of Courtney Stewart and the late Quentin Stewart (Alice). Best friend of Stanley "Stan" Johnson. Patrick is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and devoted friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at New Life Church of God located at 445 Campground Road, Palmetto LA. 71358. The visitation will begin at 10AM followed by a 12-noon service. Pastor Dale Fontenot will officiate. Patrick's wishes were to be laid to rest with his parents in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Cemetery in Lebeau LA.

The family will also receive guest on Friday, February 16, 2024, at Robinson Family Funeral Home 9611 LA-23, Belle Chasse LA. 70037 from 7PM until 9PM with a "reflection service" beginning at 8PM.
