Pamela Barber Tims

Pamela Barber Tims, born on June 23, 1956 passed away on June 12, 2025 at the age of 68 at Ochsner Westbank Hospital.

Pamela was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and was a lifelong resident of Plaquemines Parish. She had a deep love for gardening and was known for her warm heart, gentle spirit, and devotion to her family.

She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Tims; her children, Chrissie, Keith, and Leslie Seiffert; and her stepchildren, Lori Galbreath, Angela Hazelrig, and Amanda Tims.

Pamela was a proud grandmother to Jeremy Seiffert, Krista Galt, Wayne Christen Jr., Logan Christen, Tre Seiffert, Addison Seiffert, Gabrielle Picou, Alaina Lee, Kaleb and Luke Galbreath, Samantha Tims, Julia Holderfield, Donovan Tims, Christopher Burdette, and Elisabeth Seale.

She also leaves behind her cherished great grandchildren: Paetyn Seiffert, Kohen Seiffert, Brayden Galt, and Elijah Taylor.

Pamela is survived by her brother, Wayne Barber, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ida Mae Barber, and her sister, Paulette Barber.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 111 Omega St. Apt. B.

Pamela will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her nurturing nature, and the beauty she brought into the world both in her garden and in the lives she touched.
