Mable Green DeClouet

Mable Green-DeClouet entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at her home in Algiers, LA. She was 76 years old. Mable was a native of Deer Range, LA in Plaquemines Parish and a resident of Algiers for over 50 years.

Daughter of the late Paul Hippolite Jones and Selina “Granny” Green Davis Jones. Wife of the late Curley DeClouet Sr. Devoted mother of Curley DeClouet Jr. (Laquina Palmer) and Tammie DeClouet. Beloved grandmother of Shavoi' Kent-Denet (Jacque), Neshma DeClouet (Cartrel Alexander) and Curley DeClouet III. Great grandmother of Timberly Hancock, Jacque II and Jazz Denet. Sister of Joseph Jones, Ester Nesbitt, Elaine DeClouet and the late Earl Davis Jr., Lena Jimcoily, Calvin Jones and Leroy Green. Mable is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.
