Lionel Scott Jr. departed this life on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank. He was 55 years old and a native of Empire LA. and a resident of Terrytown LA.
Beloved son of Nellie Ann Demolle Perkins and the late Lionel Scott Sr. Beloved stepson of the late James Perkins. Devoted husband of Laketha Williams Scott. Loving father of Lorelle Gulasarian, Lionel McCall, Cora Williams, Lashon Scott, Dejone' Avist, Ayanna Lee, Lionel Scott III, Kennedy Phillips, Kaymine Phillips and Jamari Scott. Brother of Shelia Scott (Qunala), Lisa Parker (late Cordell), Pamela Roberts (Clay), Lanell Scott (John Parker), Chanel Gause (Troy) and Annie Marshall (John). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 4 sisters in law, 1 brother-in-law, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Robinson Family Funeral Home 9611 LA-23, Belle Chasse LA. 70037. The visitation will begin at 2PM followed by a 2:15PM service. Pastor Troy Gause will officiate, and interment will be private.
