Leroy Sullen

Leroy Sullen was born on August 24, 1950 to Clara Mae Sullen and Leo Sanders Sr. Prior to him becoming ill he lived in Seattle WA, Oakville and Marrero LA. He was employed at Chevron and enjoyed working various construction jobs. In his spare time Leroy looked forward to spending time with his family and friends. He was also know for his sharp sense of fashion.
On Friday July 4, 2025 at the age of 74, Leroy departed this life to be with the Lord at Riverbend Nursing and Rehab Center in Jesuit Bend LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings; Leo Sanders Jr., and Cynthia Sanders Robinson, his grandparents Rita and Arnolie Sanders Sr and Odeal and Hurite Sullen and his brothers-in-law Walter Smith, Donald Bell and Pierre. He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted daughter Charlotte Sullen, his wife; Louella Sullen, grandchildren Jeariel , Jasmine and Janae Sullen, great grandchildren; Jayceon and Jaliyah, his siblings; Rose, Barbara, Deborah, Joann, Joseph, Carolyn, Leo Jr., Betty Jean, Joann Hall, and Michelle Sylve. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
We have suffered a great loss and yes we will mourn, but not as those who have no hope. Instead we will mourn as those who expect to meet him again in a world beyond the horizon. Therefore, the book shall be closed.
relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday july 19, 2025 at Robinson Family Funeral Home 9611 LA.-23, Belle Chasse LA. 70037. The visitation will begin at 8:30Am followed by a 10AM service.
Per Leroy's wishes his interment will be private.
