John Paul ‘Big Bull’ ‘Mr. 3J’s’Johnson departed this life on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at his home in Westwego, LA. He was 56 years old. He was born in Covent, LA on June 23, 1963 and was a former construction supervisor with Turner Industries and is the Co-Owner of 3 J’s Bar in Marrero, LA.

Son of the late Cecil Octavia Ellis Johnson and Robert Johnson Sr. Beloved husband of Angela Wade Johnson. Devoted father of Kenneth Rydell Wade, D’Andrea Lajaune Wade, John Pierre Wade, Justin Demond (Patrice) Wade, Janay Rianne Wade and Farerin Joseph Johnson. Grandfather of Destiny Davis, Kaydra Williams, D’Arie Baker, Malik, Aniyah, D’Iren, Jay’Ron and Kylie Wade, Kayla and Dant’e Johnson and the late Logan Francis. Godfather of Latasha Roberson, Nicohlas Smith, Fredrick Carter, Devon Thornton, Casey Ellis, Jean Paul Plaisance and Grinasha Dillion. Deceased also survived by 11 sisters and 4 brothers, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends.

Relatives and friends of the family as well as patrons of 3 J’s Bar are invited to attend the funeral services on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Dominion and Power Ministries located at 1525 Lapalco Blvd. Harvey, LA 70058 at 10 a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. Bishop Jerry J. Henry Sr. Pastor Emeritus. Bishop Tyrone C. Washington Sr. Pastor officiating. Internment will follow at Restlawn Cemetery in Avondale, LA.
