J'Roge't Milton Carter departed this world on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023 in New Orleans LA. He was 36 years old. Beloved son of Joy Anderson Carter-Taylor and the late Augustus Bullette. Stepson of Ronald E. Taylor. Brother of Lyntrell (Peeair) and Chris Carter. Stepbrother of Rory Shelby (Wayne), Mendez Bullette Saulsberry (Detreick) and Tyra Ballard. Uncle of Alexis, Tiyari, Tory, India, and Elijah Carter. Godson of Mary Ceasar and Stanley Gordon. Devoted friend of Benjamin Rogers. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Lizzie and Milton Anderson Sr. and uncles Milton Anderson Jr. (Junie Boy) and Cornelius Bell.(Peter). J'Roge't also lived in Georgia for some time with his stepchildren Coronne and Dimitris Coleman. He is also survived by 9 aunts, 3 uncles, several cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.
