Ethel Mae Adams

Ethel Mae Wings Adams passed away peacefully on Monday, April 10th, 2023, at the age of 82 years old in Marrero, LA, where she resided. She was born in New Orleans, LA., on March 22, 1941, to the late Ella Minor Wings Kates and Ezikle Wings Jr. Ethel attended Frederick Douglas where she graduated. She was employed with Chauvin Seafood Factory for 20 plus years. She loved listening to music, going to bingo, and spending time with her family. Ethel is survived by her husband Edward Adams, her late son Leon Edwards, her two daughters Donna Lynn Felix, and Paula Wings. She leaves behind one sister Delores Wings and one brother Ezikle Wings, seven godchildren, eight grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by her mother Ella Minor Wings Kates, her father Ezikle Wings Jr., sister Ruthie Mae Osborne, brother Darrion Wings, son Leon Edwards, grandson Christopher Felix Jr., granddaughter Decianca Wings and goddaughter Cassandra Murphy.
Funeral services were privately held.
