Enid Joy Williams-Jones "Ennie"

Enid Joy Williams-Jones (Ennie), a native of Boothville, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA departed this life at Bayside Nursing Home on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the age of 48.

Enid was the daughter of Emmett J. Williams and the late Susie M. Williams. Step-daughter of Faith A. Williams.   Beloved wife of Juan Patrick Jones. Devoted mother of Rohonna K. Williams, Dalyn D. Jones and Jajuana P. Jones. Grandmother of Al’Leigh Encalade, Kye Campbell and Kayden Wright. Granddaughter of Eunice Williams and the late Emmett S. Williams, the late Edward Williamson (Agnes) and Celina Williamson.  Daughter-In-Law of the late Hollie and Thelma Riley-Jones. Sister of Stephanie Hinton, Roberto Williams, Aimee Taylor (Troy), Derrick Williams, Sheldon Sims, Paige Ancar (Seth), and Trevor Williams. Godmother of Knakya Williams Sr.  Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, sister -in- laws’, brother- in –laws’, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

 Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life honoring Enid Joy Williams-Jones on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at St. Stephen's Missionary Baptist Church 1738 L. B. Landry Ave., New Orleans, LA 70114 at 11:00am .Visitation will begin at 10am. Rev. Norman Francis host pastor. Rev Reginald H. Burl Sr. of First Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Empire, LA officiating. Enid’s eulogy will be delivered by her nephew Minister Jordan L. Robinson Sr. Interment will follow at Westlawn Cemetery in Gretna, LA.  

The family will receive guest for a visitation on Friday, September 28, 2018 at Robinson Family Funeral Home 9611 Hwy 23 Belle Chasse, LA 70037 from 7pm until 10pm.
