Enez Taylor Pinkins transitioned from labor to reward on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Wynhoven Healthcare Center in Marrero La., at the age 89 years old. She was born in Boothville La. and lived most of her life in Buras until relocating to Gonzales La. in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. She was also a longtime member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church of Boothville, where she sang in the mass choir.
Daughter of the late Nelson and Delia Taylor. Beloved wife of the late Webster L. Pinkins Sr. Devoted mother of Glen (Blanche) Pinkins, Webster (late Lois) Pinkins Jr., the late Mack (Vangie) Pinkins Sr. and the late Theodore (Gail) Pinkins Sr. Sister of the late Ethel Pinkins, Mary Lue Morgan, Rozelia Riley, Early Pansy, Anna Coleman, Fredia Vaughn, Herman, Nelson, Feldman, Harding and Leo Taylor. Sister-in-law of the late Felton Pinkins Sr.
Deceased is survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.
Relatives and friends of the family also Pastors, Officers and members of Mount Olive Baptist Church and all neighboring churches of Plaquemines Parish and employees of Wynhoven Healthcare Center are invited to attend the funeral services on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Mount Olive Baptist Church 39752 Hwy 23 Boothville, LA 70041 at 11 a.m. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Dr. Theodore Turner officiating. Entombment will follow in Our Lady of Good Harbor Cemetery in Buras, La.
The Pinkins family will receive guest for a visitation on Friday, November 2, 2018 at Robinson Family Funeral Home 9611 Hwy 23 Belle Chasse, La. 70037 from 6:00p.m. until 8:00p.m.
