Elton Walter Riley "Pork Chop"

ELTON WALTER RILEY “PORK CHOP”, departed this life on Friday, January 22, 2021 at his niece’s home in Franklin La.   He was 78 years old.  “Pork Chop’ was a native of Triumph La. and a longtime resident of Algiers La.  He was a retired pipefitter and the life of ANY party.

Son of the late Stilson Riley and Mable Prout Riley.  Husband of the late Althea Riley.  Father of the late Michelle Riley Jones.  Beloved grandfather of Travis, Trae and Rendell Jones.  Brother of the late Shirley, Walter, Percy, Hampton and Gilbert Riley.  He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday January 30, 2021 at Robinson Family Funeral Home located at 9611 Hwy 23, Belle chasse La. 70037 at 1:30 P.M.  The limited visitation will begin at 12:30 P.M.  Minister Jordan L. Robinson Sr. officiating.  Interment will follow in Tropical Bend Cemetery in Empire La.

Due to COVID-19, everyone in attendance MUST wear a face mask or other proper facial covering and practice social distancing at all times.
