Christopher Joseph Vinet, Jr.

Christopher Joseph Vinet Jr. (C.J.), 46, of Lafitte, LA, passed away on May 14,2025.
Christopher was born in New Orleans, La to Christopher J. Vinet Sr., and Mary Labit Pellegalle and stepson of Adrien K. Pellegalle.

Christopher was the loving father of Kyndall Vinet, Kynsley Vinet and Tatiana.

Christopher is also survived by 9 brothers and sisters: Ashley Vinet, Amanda V Cheramie (Brad), Adrien P Verdin (Keith), Mindy Pellegalle, Micki Pellegalle (Dan), Joshua Pellegalle, Davi Pellegalle(Sandy), Timothy Pellegalle and Clarissa Ochoa, 3 god - children, 20 nieces and nephews, 18 great nieces and nephews and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. Christopher was a loving father, son, brother and uncle.
He had a heart of gold and had a love for kids like no other.

Preceding Christoper in death are his grandparents Marcel Vinet Jr, Mary Vinet, Mary Kellam, Walter (Sam) Kellam, and Wade Labit Jr, Nanny Katherine Gobert and Parin Emmanuel Labit. He is also survived by a host of cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the celebration of life service which will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025, at One Accord Ministries located at 713 S Jamie Blvd, Avondale, La 70037. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m., and the service will begin at 4 p.m. Pastor Andy Pellerano officiating and interment will be private.
