Christine Antionette Murry

Christine Antionette Murry departed this life on Friday, August 24, 2018 at her home in Boothville La.  She was 51 years old and was a native of Landstuhl  Germany and a longtime resident of Boothville, LA. She graduated from Boothville-Venice High School in 1985 and attended Uno College in New Orleans LA.  Christine LOVED people and old school music.  She was a loving, caring and  giving person who got great joy out of helping others who needed her help.  Ms. Christine will surely be missed.

Daughter of the late Walter C. Murry and Jean Jeanette Jones. Stepdaughter of the late Calvin Jones. Devoted mother of Jordan (Kemeca), John (Dontesha), and Justin (Medici) Murry and stepson Rahsaan LaFrance. Loving sister of Jeanette (Bobby), Kenneth, Shaun (Erica), Michelle and the late Walter “Kevin” Murry. Grandmother of A’Maiah Remi (Sissy), Peyton (Deuce), Abrieona, Elijah, Kierani, Khilan, Candyn, Ryan, John(J3), Jay’Ceon(game) and our new addition Juree’. Deceased also survived by her stepmothers Ethel Murry and Maxine Jones; her four godchildren A.J., Vanetta, Todd and Garielle; her nieces and nephews Whitney, Jazmiine, Kaylaa, Gianna, Joslynn, Taylor, Jayda, Amiah, Xavier, Juwan, Isaiah, Khalic, Tyler, Curtis and Christopher; her great nephews Larry IV, Levi, Zion and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and devoted friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at River of Life Church Port Sulphur La at 10 a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. Rev. Roy Marino Pastor,  Rev. Bobby Prout officiating. Interment will be private.
