Cheryl Ann Simien

Cheryl Ann Craft - Simien, departed this life on March 22, 2024, at Ochsner Hospital Westank Campus, surrounded by her loving family. She is the daughter of Freddie Perret Craft & Ollie Olivia Anderson.

She is the loving mother of Shamelle Cherrie Craft, Talicia Craft, Lenika Angela Simien and a bonus son/grandson Cyrus Craft. She is the grandmother of 3 granddaughters, and 3 grandsons. She is also survived by 1 sister Lillian Craft Mackey, and 2 brothers, Freddie III, John Craft (Felicia), all of Gretna, LA.

She is predeceased by her parents Freddie Perret Craft and Ollie Olivia Anderson, her brother Chester Craft as well as her sister Barbara Craft.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the celebration of life service which will be held on Friday, March 29, 2024, at New Hope Baptist Church located at 434 7th Street, Gretna, LA 70053. The visitation will begin at 9 a.m., and the service will begin at 11 a.m. Pastor Warren Johnson officiating and interment will be private.
