Adrian Michael Bartholomew

Adrian Michael Bartholomew was born on July 6, 1994, in Gretna, Louisiana. Beloved son of Jennifer Ducro and Darren Bartholomew Sr., and stepson of Lynwood Ducro and Temica Bartholomew. He grew up in Plaquemines Parish and resided in Prairieville, Louisiana.

On Saturday December 25, 2021, Adrian Michael Bartholomew was called home to rest. He was 27 years old. Adrian is survived by his parents Jennifer Ducro, Stepfather Lynwood Ducro, Darren Bartholomew Sr., and Stepmother Tremica Bartholomew. Grandparents Judy and Warren Demolle, Michael and Deborah Bartholomew, and Bevelyn Williams and Leonard Ducro. Brother of Darion Bartholomew, Darren Bartholomew Jr., Jasmine, Jade, Jada and Cornelius Ducro, Lynnae, Nashae, Jace Williams (Lacy), Z’aire, Steffone, and Treshen’ya Howard. Nephew of Amy Barthelemy (Garland), Jamie McCleave, Kelvin Bartholomew (Crystal), Marla Scott (Allen), Michelle Riggins (Bryan), Suzanne Carter (Glenn Sr.), Sabrina Johnson (Marcus), Gustavia Webber (Kenneth), Toki Ducro, and Sydney Ducro. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews and Godparents Marla Scott and Orbon Tinson Sr.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Calvin Bartholomew Sr., great grandparents Leona Duplessis, Alcia Duplessis Sr., Carmen Demolle, Villere Demolle Jr., and his Uncle Adrian Bartholomew.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life services on Saturday, January 8, 2021, at St. Thomas Catholic Church located at 17605 LA – 15, Pointe-Ala-Hache, LA 70082. The visitation will begin at 9 a.m. and funeral mass will begin at 11 a.m. Father Sampson Abdulai officiating. Entombment will follow at St. Martin’s Cemetery in Davant, LA.

Due to COVID – 19, everyone in attendance MUST wear a facemask or other proper facial covering and practice social distancing.
