Somer Rae Allen Truxillo departed this life on Monday, February 12, 2018 at West Jefferson Hospital. She was 42 years old and a native of Marrero, La.

Beloved daughter of Deborah Kay Allen of Belle Chasse, La. Wife of the late Douglas Allen Truxillo. Devoted and beloved mother of Haley MaShae and MiKayla LaRae Truxillo. Sister of the late Joseph “Leif” Armstrong. Granddaughter of Johnny Aline Allen and the late Billy Frank Allen. Deceased also survived by a host of cousins, friends and other family members.

Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Cajun Daiquiris of Marrero are invited to attend the funeral service on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 12 noon at Hosanna Church located at 2215 Barataria Blvd. Marrero, La 70072. Visitation will begin at 11 A.M. Pastor George Mcleen officiating. Interment will be private.
