Leroy Smith Sr.

Leroy Smith Sr. departed this life on Thursday November 15, 2018 at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank.  He was 67 years old and a resident of Gretna La.

Son of the late Herbert and Alberta Hawkins Smith.  Beloved Husband of Carol C. Smith.  Devoted father of Leroy Smith Jr. and Eric (Aisha) Smith.  Stepfather of Sean Fox and Derrick (Lateefa) Anderson. Brother of Herbert (Barbara) Smith Jr., Marion Stewart and Bernadette (Bryan) Jackson.  Grandfather of William, Samantha, Amaya and Micah Smith.

Deceased also survived by 7 step grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Friday November 23, 2018 at Robinson Family Funeral located at 9611 Hwy 23, Belle Chasse La. (one block north of the Belle Chasse Naval Airbase) at 10 A.M.  Visitation will begin at 8 A.M. Pastor Samuel T. Green Jr. officiating.  Interment will be held on Monday November 26, 2018 at 11 at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery 34857 Grantham College Rd, Slidell La.
