Jonas Johnell Willis departed this life on Saturday, September 8, 2018. He was 38 years old and a native of New Orleans, LA. He was a great cook that loved to rap and fish.

Son of the late Johnny Willis Sr. and Shelia Ann Smith Willis. Brother of Mary (Roosevelt) Sterling, Johnny (Tameka) Willis, Barry (Lashanda) Willis, Glen (Angela) Willis, Emma (Keith) Willis, Michelle (Jason) Theresnathan, Erica Willis, Crystal Willis Johnson, Shelia Willis White and Terracia. He is preceded in death by his parents Johnny Willis Sr. and Shelia Ann Smith Willis, one brother Daryl Dwayne Willis and one brother-in-law Stephen Theresnathan. Deceased is survived by his devoted friends Derek Brooks, Wayne Johnson and Keith Rivers, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Rocks of Ages Baptist Church 6533 Acre Rd, Marrero, LA 70072 at 11 a.m. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Pastor Gilbert Barnes officiating. Interment will be private.
