Eugene Joseph “Smiley” Guillot was born on Sunday, October 23, 1960 and passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2017.

He was a beautiful child of God and is now an Angel watching over us. He was one of the kindest, selfless, sweetest and affectionate person you could have ever known with a thousand watt smile. Eugene lived every day of his life with love and devotion to his parents, brothers, sisters and brother-in-law Joe who was like a brother to him. His love for music was like no one else you would ever meet. He is now singing his heart out in Heaven.

He was predeceased by his devoted parent’s Rita “Ida Mae” Guillot Silcio and Andrew Guillot. Left to mourn his passing and celebrate his life are his siblings Debra (Joseph) Caulfield, his twin Elaine (late Blane Sr.) Matherne, Larry and Roland (Viveca) Guillot. His nephews, Ryan Bernard  (Jacqueline ), Blane Matherne Jr. (Linsey), Lenny Bernard Jr. ( Jenny), Bryan Bernard ( Nicole). Step nieces Gaylynn (Rocky) Baudoin, Hope Caulfield, Danielle (George) White. His four closest friends, Sybil, Leroy, Allen and Rose with a host of cousins and devoted friends.

Services and Internment will be privately held.
