Decianca "Deedy" Monique Wings

DECIANCA MONIQUE “DEEDY” WINGS  departed this life on Friday May 25, 2018 at West Jefferson Hospital in Marrero La.  She was 36 years old and was a resident of Marrero.

Beloved daughter of Paula Wings (Louis Williams) and Willie (Wanda) Franklin.  Devoted mother of Ra’Janeek “Nene” Jones, Dajanique “Piggy” Jones,  Zakorey Clark and D’Juan Bradley. Loving companion of Travis Bernard.  Granddaughter of Ethel Mae Wings Adams and Edward Adams, Helen Cole Franklin and Ranell Franklin.  Great granddaughter of Eloise Lampkin and Lillie Mae Wells.  Loving sister of Tinisha (Preshon) Patterson Sr. and Louis (Candace Jones) Wings.  Step sister  of Tracey, Roger and Ricky Felo.  Devoted aunt of Joya, Zyria , Preshon “Duece” Patterson Jr.  Deedy is also survived by a host of special aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday June 2, 2018 at 11A.M. at the Rock Of Ages Baptist Church located at 6564 Acres Road Marrero La 70072. The visitation will begin at 9A.M. Rev. Gilbert Barnes Pastor, Rev Kenneth Parker of the Isralite B.C. of Belle Chasse La. officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Cemetery in Avondale. Repass to follow Interment at Pleasure Palace.
