Amanda Williams Davis departed this life on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Ochsner Westbank. She was 64 years old.

Beloved daughter of the late Lester and Shirley Riley Williams. Loving wife of Ernest Davis. Devoted mother of Daron (LeTrinda), Christopher and Delton (Latasha) Williams and the late Renell C. Williams. Step-mother of Ernest Caroll and Whitney (Charles) Duplessis. Sister of Annette (Nathan) Sylve, Delbert, Leander and Vent (Cassandra) Williams and the late Glen and Wendell Williams. Niece of Alton Riley and the late Percy, Gilbert and Hampton Riley. Sister-in-law of Walter and Robert Davis Sr. Granddaughter of the late Stilson and Mable Riley and Lesile and Fany Mae Williams Jr. Great granddaughter of the late Walter and Mollie Russell Duncan Sr. Deceased also survived by a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at First Mt. Zion Baptist Church at 32550 Hwy 23 Empire, LA. Visitation starts 8 A.M. Service starts at 10 A.M. (No viewing after 10 A.M. Pastor Reginald H. Burl officiating. Interment will follow in Tropical Bend Cemetery in Empire, La.
