Alfred Oliver “Bay Boy” Eason  departed this life on Monday May 8, 2017 at Masion Deville Nursing Home in Gretna, he was 69 years old and was a native and lifelong resident of Narin La. Son of the late Bertha Mackey Jones and Logan Eason.  Stepson of the late Mayo Jones Sr.  Beloved brother of Walter (Aline) Eason Sr., David Durden Sr., Vanessa (Rev. Dexter) Griffin and the late Lillie Mae Eason.  Stepbrother of Blanche (Reynard) Parker, and the late Rogers (Regina) Jones, Mayo Paul Jones Jr., and Shirley Durden Fritz. Nephew of Andrew (late Eva) Mackey. Deceased is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Wednesday May 17, 2017 at the Greater Mt. Sinai Baptist Church located at 27954 Hwy 23 Port Sulphur La. 70058 at 11 A.M.  Visitation will begin at 9A.M.  Pastor Allen Johnson officiating.  Interment will follow in the Mackey Cemetary in Narin La.
