Olester Ross, departed this life peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her home in Ironton La., on  Friday  August 25, 2017, she was 69 years old.

Beloved daughter of the late Melvin Sr. and Juanita Ross.  Devoted mother of Wanda (Cedric) Miller and Harold Ross.  Grandmother of Kabrina and Cedric Miller Jr.  Loving sister of Shirley Jason, Helen Trufant, Juanita, Melvin Jr., Vincent and Rev. Irvin Ross Sr.  Deceased also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.

Relatives and friends of the family, pastor, officers and members of St. Paul B.C. and all neighboring churches, as well as employees of Plaquemines Parish Govt., and School Board, Wyman Construction, Ochsner Hospital Westbank and Microtel are invited to attend the “Celebration of Life” service on Saturday Sept 2, 2017 at St. Paul Missionary B.C. located at 133 Bradish St. Ironton La. at 11A.M.  Visitation will begin at 9A.M.  Pastor Haywood Johnson Jr. officiating. Entombment will follow in Ironton Cemetary.
