Julia Louise Bulter Otis departed this life on Tuesday July 11, 2017 at her home in Gretna La, she was 92 year old.

Beloved mother of Charles L. Otis, Alice L. Fletcher, Frank Otis, Juliette Otis, Luther T. Otis Sr. and Lisa Abdul-Khalia. Grandmother of Nicole Fletcher, Regnald Otis, Frank Otis Jr, Errol Muhamad, Luther T. Otis Jr, Karlsten Otis, Kina Summerlin, Tamara Otis, Jaron Otis and Johnathan Reed. She was predeceased by 2 grandchildren Charice Otis and Krystal Lavell Fletcher. Also survived by a host of great and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday July 22, 2017 at Boynton United Methodist Church 515 Lafayette St Gretna, La. at 2:00.p.m. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Sione Tu’uta officiating. Interment will be privately held.
