Andrew Roman Guillot

Andrew Roman Guillot passed on to be with the Lord peacefully at his daughter’s home in Lafitte La. on Friday May 26, 2017. He was 87 years old.  Mr. Guillot was born in Thibodeaux La. on February 28, 1930, and was also a former resident of Westwego and Marrero La.

Beloved son of the late Aubin Guillot Sr. and Juliette Rogers Guillot.  Husband by first marriage of the late Rita “Ida Mae” Silcio and by second marriage of the late Enola Chauvin Guillot.Devoted father of Debra (Joseph) Caulfield, Larry Guillot, Eugene Guillot, Elaine (late Blane Sr.) Matherne and Roland (Viveca) Guillot. Brother of the late Aubin (late Noelle) GuillotJr. and the late Emile (late Verna) Guillot. Grandfather of Leonard (Jenny) Bernard Jr., Ryan (Jacqueline) Bernard, Bryan (Nicole) Bernard, Blane (Linsey) Matherne Jr., Gaylynn(Rocky) Baudoin, Grady (Melissa) Caulfield and Venus Day.  Great grandfather of Kobe, Kate, Dax, Danny, Brody, Alli, Blane III,Rafael, Alexis, Dewey IV, Kayla, Grady Jr., Gabriel, Christian and Jordan.  Deceased is also survived by several devoted step children, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the graveside services  on Tuesday June 6, 2017 at 11am at Westlawn Memorial Park located at 1225 Whitney Ave. Gretna La. with Father Ryan of St Anthony Catholic Church of Lafitte officiating.
